ŧHe room was large and comfortable. The decoration was very nice. The pool is large and clean. Most of the staff were very nice. Cleaning staff was very efficient and cooperative.
They should not advertize "continental breakfast" because there is none. They offer coffee (not always available) and sometimes there are a few fruits and some small croissant. Nothing to be called a continental breakfast. Moreover they tried to overcharge us with a service fee (not previously advertized), and supposely not included in the rate. This service fee was to cover the continental breakfast (!) and towels. They charged the whole bill including these fees on my credit card before I signed. I asked to remove this charge and they did. So they had to register a credit on my credit card which I have not seen on my credit card log yet. Not honest for the customer to try to put this service charge after the deal is done. Hopefully I had a paper copy of the Booked.net confirmation with me.

Staff is really kind.
Traffic is really heavy. Maybe the fact that the premises are right on the highway it should be mentioned, rooms are well isolated and little noise is heard once inside though.

The hotel had a central setting in the region. Besides, it was close enough to restaurants downtown, Sag Harbor, and south hamptons.
